⭐️ Late Policy: there is a 5 minute grace period after the start of your scheduled time before you are considered a No-Show. If you are running late please contact us to make sure there is still enough time for your appointment. ⭐️All No-Show appointments will be billed at 100% of the reserved time. ⭐️Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment time will be billed at 50% - 100% of the reserved time based on the service provider. ⭐️ Deposits are required on some services. The deposit is to secure the specific date and time of the requested service and may not be transferred. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule the deposit is forfeited. ⭐️ Additional guests are not allowed in any treatment area and must remaining in the waiting area unless they are the parent of a minor receiving a service. If you will be having an additional guest accompanying you to your appointment, please check with your service provider before your appointment to make sure that it is okay.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy

⭐️All No-Show appointments will be charged up to 100% of the reserved time depending on the service provider.
⭐️Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment time
will be charged at 50% - 100% of the reserved time based on the service provider.
⭐️Deposits are for the exact date and time you are reserving- they are non-refundable / non-transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of the cancellation policy you forfeit any deposit paid. You may request to reserve a new appointment time which will require a new deposit.
⭐️Lash Consultation appointments are a free complimentary service, however, in the event you Cancel or Reschedule outside of policies or No-Show the appointment there will be a No-Show fee of up to $30 charged to the card on file.
⭐️It is required to arrive to any lash, brow or makeup service with the skin clean and free from ALL makeup and skincare. Contact lens must be removed for all lash services.
