⭐️Late Policy: If you are running late please contact Lisa directly at (319)464-6646 to make sure there is still enough time for your appointment. There is a 7min. grace period after the start of your scheduled time before you are considered a No-Show. ⭐️All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved time of the appointment. ⭐️Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 3days of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 65% of the reserved time of appointment. ⭐️Deposits are for the exact date and time you are reserving. They are non-refundable / non-transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of the cancellation policy you forfeit any deposit paid. You may request to reserve a new appointment time which will require a new deposit. ⭐️Lash Consultation appointments are a free complimentary service, however, in the event you Cancel/ Reschedule outside of policies or No-Show the appointment there will be a No-Show fee of $35 charged to the card on file.
